writing ebook for online sales. Business structure advice

I am currently writing a ebook. After the book is completed i will set up a sales webpage and possibly amazon. If i have success, i plan to move on to another project and repeat. I may sell the website site on Flippa or some other market place.

I was wondering what is the best business structure for such a venture? Etc tax benefits.

What other legal issues will i need to address in the sale of ebooks?

(I am located in the US, Texas to be exact. I understand State laws differ for federal, so general answers are ok.)

My advice is that you read https://www.thefastlaneforum.com/community/threads/my-take-on-self-publishing.49869/ and if you still have questions, come back with them. The gentleman who started that thread is taking a bit of a different approach, but your main questions are answered there, along with a few you may not have thought of yet.
