Could someone please outline Tim Ferriss' business model for BrainQuicken? Has he licensed out the formula and collect license fees, or does his company manufacture the product?

Tim outsourced everything he could. You can read some of the details in his book.
He did not manufacture the product. That was done overseas, probably China, but I don't remember for sure.

By the way, Tim has now sold out of BrainQuicken, and is using the money for venture capital.
