I was just curious what everyone thought of the Gucci Counterfeiting lawsuit where a federal judge ruled that he has ‘jurisdiction’ over one of the biggest banks in mainland China, Bank of China (BOC), and demands that the bank turn over financial records to his court so they could be used in the lawsuit

Wahahahaha, being a Chinese I know how this is gonna end. The Chinese counterfeiting industry is their answers to innovative products, and is what's powering an industry that's bigger than the size of the illegal drug industry here in China. This judge must be smoking something good there.
