This lady saw an opportunity to make money off of the oil shale boom. Like during the gold rush, the people that made a lot of money were the people selling shovels NOT those mining for gold.

She saw an opportunity to sell things to the workers that are going to need clothes, gear and items related to the oil production business and made it happen. Good story.

She understood how to execute. She knew what to do, how to do it, and, did it. She was going to win from the outset. She even has an estimate for when things will fizzle out. She will then cash out. Love it.

Think we need to be asking the question .... what fields are beginning to develop where her technique could be used to fastlane on the rush?

My company is working to create many of the things that new businesses need to get going.... marketing, engineering, admin, a place to sell, etc. That seems to be a hot trend right now. Any others you guys can think of where her technique could be leveraged?
