Hello people,

I got a supplier contact abroad for windows through a friend.
The windows have a good quality and are cheap to buy.

My idea:

Construction companies or individuals who build a house themselves write and make an offer.
The turnover of windows would be accordingly high, because immediately several are ordered for the house or the building complex.
The goal is to dropshippen the windows at the beginning , since I need so also not too high equity.

My question:
Is this a fastlane model?

I can scale here.
I have high margins.
Demand for windows is always there.

I would appreciate your opinion and ideas!

Have a productive day!

Sounds like a good idea to me, but do you know something about windows?
Not knowing what you're getting into seems like the biggest risk to me here. How do you know the quality is good? What if there's a problem?
The worst case scenario I can see is that you're liable for bad quality and the supplier is just gone.

German guy here, too.

I want to answer your last question first: everything can be turned fastlane. Some ventures easier than others but all can.

Regarding your idea, I think it is reasonable. Demand is likely to increase with the upcoming German law to reduce energy consumption of private households --> Need, the first and most important of all commandments.

What about entry? What makes you more suitable to start that business than anyone else? Is it your expert knowledge on windows? Your unique contacts to that special window supplier?

There are a lot of multimillionaires in windows.

Definitely fastlane if operated like a fastlane company.

Go sell some!

Hey Guys ,

UPDATE:
after 3 send emails and several phone calls with the supplier i got NOTHING.
They always told me to wait 2-3 days till i get my RFI back.
But nothing happened. I even called him afterwards, but sadly no reaction.
Its sad because i already prepared the website and the calculations.

however
that wont stop me. I keep working on the process!
see you in my next post.

best regards,
Chris
