Hello,

I'm just wondering if anyone has any first-hand experience regarding the topic of this thread?

During my process of attempting to register my LLC in the UK via the official gov.uk channel of registration, I found myself encountering some significant stumbling blocks which confused the hell out of me. Things like dividends of shares etc aren't yet applicable to me and I have no idea how to fill out sections requiring me to detail share dividends etc.

Should I just seek legal advice via a lawyer, or is there any beneficial links online which register businesses in the UK for you?

Thanks in advance,
Ryan

The process is fairly simple and costs £15 - or it was at least last time I did it! No need for a lawyer.

When I did my registration I put the following for share dividend.

Number of shares: 100

Aggregate nominal value of issued shares: 100

Share class: Ordinary

Shares Issued: 100

Amount paid: 100

Amount unpaid: 0

Total aggregate value of shares issued: 100

Shareholding1:

100 Ordinary Shares held

The above simply shows that I'm the sole director with all shares. Valued each share at £1.
100 shares = 100% of the company

I'm fairly sure there should be a guide on the .gov website?

Hope this helps
