CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) is 4-color printing meant more for print. 1-color would mean you're printing in black only (typically) but could be cyan/magenta/yellow only, but that's less common. It doesn't mean you have to have four solid colors, it's just a file format. This is opposed to RGB (red, green and blue) which less printers use and typically for online graphics.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CMYK_color_model

How much to pay? Depends on the size and quantity. I'd guess somewhere between $0.15 and $0.75 each plus shipping, which could be $70-200 for air express mail (2-3 day delivery). The prices are mostly guesses as all of the packaging I've ordered have been cardboard and paper, but the shipping should be close unless you're ordering large quantities.

That are the price that my supplier give me to my packing :

120*200+70mm ( Dimensions)

PET/AL/PE 100MIC (Material)

Bag $390 (That is so crazy around 1,28 per bag) I was thinking in pay around 0,06 USD-0,09 USD
printing $120*7 (Thanks for your advice I can save much money here... i don´t know why but all the companies of china said me that 5 or more... only one company of other country tell me that I pay only for 4 colours)
express $120 = The price of shipping is so high in my opinion too

So after see that, I feel that I'm overpaying... But the reason because I have select to this supplier for my packing is ... that I can start with a first order of 500 units.I will see how I can work with that supplier but with normal price

PD: I have seen your profile that you live in California . Do you pay duty in USA for that type of products? I have see a list of products that are duty-free

Shipping an empty envelope from China to US would cost $40, so $120 doesn't seem too bad. If I remember correctly, I paid about $250 to ship a 5-10 pound box. Maybe the 5th color is white since you're printing on transparent material? If you pay for express shipping (DHL, UPS, FedEx) it includes the duties and they handle the paperwork.
