Implementation: mentors with a proven track of success can charge for offering mentorship. Those mentors who want to charge must pay a subscription to you. Not-so-known mentors can build reputation on the market and eventually they'll be able to charge too. Mentees can use the market for free.

I think this has potential. If you go high end and aim at seriously obese people, offer a service similar to what you see on "Biggest Loser". i.e. it's not about having someone to do a workout with you for 30mins twice a a week. It's about a whole change of lifestyle. Get them reading the right books, eating the right foods etc. Phone calls / meetings everyday to check up on them. Take them out on activities, hikes etc.

Think it could work for someone. However not very scalable, and not very fast lane.
