Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar and Tony Robbins have awesome motivational products, however my heart is still behind Gary Vaynerchuk, who always speak with passion.

My favorite motivational speakers aren't even motivational speakers. Ze Frank comes to mind.

Saw his schtick live in Dallas, even met and talked with him. He does have good stuff, especially for the younger guys.
