I am looking to get custom printed Tank Tops, Sweaters and Misc. Apparrel catering to a niche.
I've looked at the asian suppliers and the quality looks shotty. Any premium vendors you could direct me to?

Fulfillment options would be a plus!

Try searching locally for a smaller printer.

I used a local one for some charity shirts in bulk a few weeks ago and managed to negotiate a better deal than most online prices... plus if they started slacking, all I'd need to do was turn up and give them a poke. It's a bit more difficult over email if things go wrong.

I just got a shirt from CustomInk and the quality is good, but the prices are steep. Another member of the forum recommended buying your own T-shirt press and create on demand so you don't stock up on inventory.

Accent T-shirts in Las Vegas is a shop that we have used. It is a local shop and their website isn't very good, but they have great quality and prices. Mike Tyson uses them for his custom apparel.

They didn't even charge us for setting up the graphics the first time, just for the shirts we ordered.

Excellent. Thanks guys.

I'm going to look locally, however, a press is only 4,000$.... something to look into

Try a local screen press for a short run for less than 100 to make sure that your idea is viable before you start selling them.

You can list your t-shirts for sale on:
