Hi Good Day to all! I'm back from few months off I think, I remember reading the thread here when I am still working to my employer, now I am here working hard for my business. (Resigned from my job)

If someone remember my history, I am the one who wants to build a soya business but I think that was not a great business for me.

So now I am here to continue my abandoned business (clothingline) guys please let me use this thread as my diary of my journey to clothing.

What i've done in 24days ( This is preparation of building up my business and to be broadcast soon after all was good and done )

Plan and get a small team.

give each of us task/role for this project

Choosing great kind of shirt ( i have no own cloth manufacturing yet ) finding manufacturing company of shirt

Designing for Logo

Designing for tags

Design of shirts to be printed

Producing of tags (find a manufacturing company of tags )

Finding glass works company and designing of my glass storage for my shirt

Bought cheap equipments for printing of shirts

Testing of different kind of paint to be used as our standard

Hiring for helpers, designers, delivery man, screen printers.

I think we are in 40% done..

^^ this. Tshirts are a commodity, at least the kind of tshirts the OP seems to be going for. You don't need a glass storage when you haven't sold a single shirt. You need sales, then you can eventually start delegating tasks.

Just recommended by our shirt manufacturer :D
just to protect from dust, rats, water, bad odor :D

Commodity? it depends :D

@theag yeah you are right.
I'm the one incharge designing our shirt also :D

Yes we have no sales yet because we are in migration phase.
Sadly, we temporarily close it for us not to cause delay for our migration.

Use teespring to sell your designs then if they're popular start growing.

Brian, this is right on the money. Teespring seems to me like more of a tool to test the market for your designs. Once you can validate that a design has demand you can begin to grow. Do you or anybody know if you forfeit any licensing rights to Teespring if you move the design elsewhere?

For example:
If somebody was to test the market for their design and it was a hit, if you were to move it to your own retail location would that violate any terms with Teespring? Do they ultimately end up owning the design, effectively not allowing you to use it as a jumping board for ideas?

You own your designs and do not forfeit any rights or copyright to teespring.
