How to setup Youtube search ads

Hello Everyone,

I dont mean to offend anyone but please i need help to figure how my competitors are setting up ads in youtube search results.
These are not video ads but Text/Image ads that lead to a landing page. I cant find how to do this in google ads. Too many options.
Below are samples.
I have been battling to find the right type of campaign in google ads to do this just specifically for youtube search result ads
