All of the above.
Until you have defined what your business model is you can't be certain.
Many of the of the technical issues can be subcontracted out. However, identifying the need, satisfying the need and getting shxx done are all things you will likely have to do yourself and are the first step in the journey.

All of the above + thinking out of the box seems quite important.

Networking is the most important. It's bizarre how most folks just seems to walk right past the most important thing in this world. Get your connections up. You are the average of the 5 people you are with. Make good and important connections. Everything else will fall into place, because they all are essentially skills you learn from others.

Noob robot.

If you have to ask these questions, it means you need to get a sales job.

Having an idea and then having the conviction to go through with the idea. ACTION!

Realizing what you're naturally good at/love doing and sticking with doing that.

Then finding other people that are good at what you are not and paying them to do that for you.

Depends on what you want to do.

First, learn to solve problems.

Then, I agree with @Ubermensch

If you don't know, get a job in sales. A lot of the other stuff can be outsourced.

But if you want suggestions on skills to learn, then here they are:

* sales
* marketing
* leadership
