I joined this forum for the "Commercial Real Estate Section" I aspire to buy and sell commercial properties.

I started out in Residential Real Estate right before the down-turn in the economy. I bought my first investment house when i was 24... I am currently 26 years old.

I came into the real estate business just as the downturn started...The people that are still hanging strong are the older people who have built a strong networking foundation over many years of being in the business.

I needed a side job -----> Public Adjuster

Its been about 5 years now since we have had a good hurricane... So I figured I would jump on that boat really quick.

Plus being a Public Adjuster still puts me in front of homeowners everyday and I get to practice my networking skills.
