Hey Everybody,
I have been browsing through this forum for the past couple months and have also recently finished reading TMF . My buddy recently turned me on to the fastlane life and the book. I have always thought about starting something on the side to bring in some extra cash, but after my buddy telling me about the TMF I now have a whole new look on life and what I can make of it.
I am currently living in the the slowlane life in the Philadelphia area and am a engineer for the govt. I am making good money and am happy to say I like my job but obviously if I stick with this job, I will never be able to enjoy my life to the fullest. I will be working 40 hour work weeks until im 60 (if I even make it until then) and then I will be able to finally enjoy what little life I have left with the money I have been saving my whole life. This does not sound appetizing to me, even though society and even my family has brought me up making me believe this is the way life is. Thanks to my friend and TMF, I now realize there are other ways.
I have already learned a great deal from this forum, and hope to learn plenty more in the future. I just wanted to give a quick thanks to MJ and to everyone else on this forum for all of the knowledge I have gained already and for all of the knowledge I will be gaining from you in the future.
Thanks,
Sean
