Favorite Website Host?

Hey guys, I'm planning on starting a website (and finally not leeching off my school bandwidth ) so I'm curious as to what host everyone would recommend. A very quick search brought me to Web Hosting : Professional Website Hosting from Just Host but I like to follow the rule if it seems to go to be true it probably is. Anyways, thanks for any help.

We use 1and1.com and hostgator.com both have been very reliable.

I use recently signed up with justhost and I also have 12 domains with 1and1. I find justhost is slightly better for ease of use but overall they have both been pretty good so far.

I know GoDaddy is not that popular to many, but I have been using them with no complaints.

A feature that I especially like with the plan I have (that may be included with a lot of different hosting plans with many other companies) is that you can host unlimited web sites from the same account without being charged anything extra. Again, other companies might have that same feature, but either way I have found it pretty useful.

The servers have seemed pretty stable and the pricing is pretty competitive.

I too use Dreamhost at the moment, however I've heard great things about LiquidWeb -- I'm probably going to get a VPS or dedicated from them soon

Liquid Web!! Rackspace was great for dedicated but they recently became public which means the service is about to get decline from great to who knows what ...
