I've been searching the web but can't find a complete guide as to how to file a final federal and state return for an LLC that was a pass-through for tax purposes. I normally filed my LLC taxes along with my 1040. I need to dissolve this LLC this month so I can form a new LLC. How do I file a final return just for the LLC? I won't have my W2 for 2011 until next year so I can't file them together. Please advice.
