-Take all of your money, and invest it in your business, not someone else's
-Whoever's paying you is your boss, your customers and clients are your boss
-If you don't build your own business you're building someone else's
-If you're building someone else's, you have nothing to give your kids, you can't even give them a job there
-If you have a boss, you will always be inferior to your boss, how can your kids and wife respect you when you answer to someone else
-Just take your money, put all of it out there and keep turning it into more

Dash is right, spending a life saying 'yes sir' to some a**hole is a sign a person has either grown too comfortable in their job or has fear of failure to take a chance on their own.
