I'd like to make follow-up e-mails for my clients to remind them on payments.

SOunds like a backwards solution, why not set up on an auto invoice service or auto bill? Almost all of those programs will send reminders.

I haven't heard of that software but you can check this list of over 20 CRM SaaS tools that you can choose from. It has a comparison of its features, pricing and software integrations.

By the way, I think Salesforce has email scheduling feature.
