The stuff about serviced based businesses marketing from @Andy Black is beautiful for what I do (Residential IT). Main issue is that I cannot take advantage of people looking for my type of service through Google Ads due to their Third-party consumer technical support policy.

Not one to give up easy, I've directed my resources to other avenues such as craigslist and optimising my GMB page that give me decent ROI.
I've also focused on increasing quality work (value), referrals, word-of-mouth, SEO, and community outreach.

What I want is to get some more opinions and insight from others about this so it may help me and other service providers similar to me .

Try offline advertising. People who need your services may not even be able to connect to the internet.

Ads in local newspapers, billboards, printed ads (hang them in buildings around the area), radio...

Using coupon codes is one way to track conversions (get 10% off by mentioning coupon code XY).

I haven’t considered using coupon codes for tracking too. Thank you!
