I currently run a landscaping company and am working on building my brand and systemizing the company. I want to start with my USP. The current weak points in the industry that I feel are:
1. Poor customer service
2. Poor quality of work
3. To many 'joe blow' companies to choose from
Iv'e made my niche so far as promoting my company as an university student ran company. Customer's feel good about supporting university students and this has been good to me so far. However, I can't run with this USP forever and I want to change it now. I plan to work on the brand and the systems of this business so I can franchise it. My thoughts on the new USP are "The best customer service in the landscaping industry!"
