Anyone know of a good Multi-Store Shopping Cart software?

I need something similar to Etsy or eBay that allows vendors to create their own store with a shopping cart.
Does anyone know of one?

I was thinking of buying this: Etsy clone

the complaints are so many, so Im not going to buy from them now

I also checking out X-cart pro but wasnt crazy about that.
