knows how to earn at least $3k per month
online?

Work your a$$ off and quit looking for other people to show you how to do it.
No one is going to spoon feed you a way to make $3k/month online, sorry.
I'm sure with a little research on your behalf you can figure out 100 ways to make more than that amount.

hard to determine the sincerity, go to Quantcast.com look at sites that rank from 1 to about 10,000. every one of them will be making at least that much (except for the non-profits), find a model you like and do it slightly better or in a different niche.

Find something you can stick with, or know how to do. Importing seems to be huge here. Look for local businesses going out of business. buy cheap, and resell. Im sure there is a million things you can do. Believe in it and work for it you'll be there in no time

It may be good if you know what you're doing. Do you know anything about it? Really you're just going to have to learn something and apply yourself.
