I agree with the comments below the article.. this sounds like someone inexperienced writing what he thinks one should be doing, without realizing that half of it is terrible advice, and bares no resemblance to real life.

I agree with the comments below the article.. this sounds like someone inexperienced writing what he thinks one should be doing, without realizing that half of it is terrible advice, and bares no resemblance to real life.

The author is a former rugby-turned-porn star, not that that makes his opinion completely invalid, but it is some context to understand where his opinions are coming from. Genetics has played a large part in his success.
