Google "cash flow depot" and you can find it
on the home page at www.CashFlowDepot.com
see MASTER LEASE on the left side. There you will find the audio replay of the coaching call about $10,000 a month cash flow without buying houses.

you provide zero value add except you find tenants willing to pay more.
As a landlord I don't see the benefit of leasing my property to some random person for a larger cut of my rent money than a reputable pm company.
Can I master lease if I am a real estate agent?
- More attention is paid to you by an individual investor
-PM demand fees whether properties are rented or not
-PM typically hike contractor costs for a cut
Maybe you don't care about this and have a 1000 property portfolio
but smaller time landlords get tremendous value out of this service
while we are at it
Why should a renter rent from you (a random person) instead of a reputable PM company ?
