I'm surprised he deflected from the objections he gets because of his positioning/networking.


The legality stuff was absolute gold!!!! That story of the owner paying damages from a lawsuit can be added to a marketing piece

As a landlord I don't see the benefit of leasing my property to some random person for a larger cut of my rent money than a reputable pm company.

- More attention is paid to you by an individual investor
-PM demand fees whether properties are rented or not
-PM typically hike contractor costs for a cut

Maybe you don't care about this and have a 1000 property portfolio
but smaller time landlords get tremendous value out of this service

while we are at it

Why should a renter rent from you (a random person) instead of a reputable PM company ?;)

For landlords and renters, they will get more pesonal service from you... the master leaser.. than they would from a property management company
