Aloha,
I am currently getting my Auto Detailing LLC set up as a 17-year-old in Hawaii,
I face problems because I am a minor and cannot create a bank for my company.
I am in a partnership with an individual who is 18 years old. We operate as a Multi-Member LLC, with him agreeing to hold 0% ownership while I keep 100% of the organization.
How would I go about creating a bank account? What forms would I need?
