Currently I am scaling up a business however I am not able to take phone calls all the time due to me still working in the morning. I want to know your opinions on using services like fiver for customer phone calls. Also any ideas on what companies are the best for such services. Primary on just setting schedules and times for providing services. This would be temporary and would be until I scale it up to a point where I am able to be full time during the day. I am still the early stages of my business but do want to keep scaling.
