Ive been running a tiny home company for a year and a half now, and absolutely loving it. Its the first business I have ran, that I am truly passionate about, and which never feels like work. We just revamped our website and would love to get some feedback on, the good, the bad, and what could be improved. Thanks

I like the website. If you don't mind me asking what's your profit margin for each home?

Website looks clean and informational.

My first thought I had when I visited the website is "What is the advantage of a tiny home?". I think some content, like a blog or some articles, that talk about Tiny homes would be awesome. For something big like that I would feel more secure if the person I'm buying it from also has info on how to properly take care of it, the average cost to live in one per year, etc.

Maybe consider a video tour of your Vista as well. You have beautiful pictures.

Also a question I couldn't find easily answered is if you deliver nationwide or just to a few select states. I may have missed this when I went through the FAQ...

Easy to understand the message.

Let me criticize it, just for fun.

How is it "built for the elements"? I see wood.

"Whether you need something large or small, permanent or on wheels" — that makes me confused. Are you selling homes or something?
"What is the best use of a nomadic structure..." — "...a fantastic way to increase your available space..." Hmm. How am I going to increase my NYC apartment?
Also what is a "nomadic structure"? (UPD: just realized it's a brand. I read, "what is the best use for a nomadic structure?", which made sense after "you need something... on wheel", again making me question if it's really a home. I don't want to pay 39k for a 'structure'.) And if I am renting a house, it's already the land I am renting; a tiny home doesn't increase it, strictly speaking.

"In general, most tiny homes start at $39,995" — why did you write "in general"? The word "start" already assumes that it's in general. And what about those exceptions: are they more like $200K? That sounds expensive. And if they start at $39,995, does it mean you really have to pay more like $80k? And the way this $39,995 is casually thrown into a paragraph of text makes me wary: do they think it's nothing?

Also for me personally, I know that mobile houses tend to have bad air quality, below the legal limit even. Would be great if someone addressed it, or you can just add 3K extra and put an IQAir filter in it.

Looks good. I've always been interested in Tiny Homes and so has my mom. She's been considering getting one, but we're all the way on the East coast.

For your FAQ page, I'd suggest that you list all of the questions as links at the top of the page, and when you click the question it brings you to where that question is answered lower on the page. That way it's much easier for your customers to read through all of the questions quickly at the top to know if the information they're looking for is there. Just a thought.

I appreciate the critique.

How is it "built for the elements"? I see wood.

Using closed cell spray foam, our homes are twice as insulated as an average home

"Whether you need something large or small, permanent or on wheels" — that makes me confused. Are you selling homes or something?

All of our homes are custom built, so we can build them as large as you need them or as small as you need it.

"What is the best use of a nomadic structure..." — "...a fantastic way to increase your available space..." Hmm. How am I going to increase my NYC apartment?

Thats like questioning why tesla would try to sell a car to someone who lives in the forest with no electricity. They arent in their target market.

Nomadic Structures is just the name of the company.

I wrote it this way, as I used to run a commercial greenhouse company and we would have people fill out forms in order for us to send them a price quote. What I found is that many people writing in, couldnt even afford the lowest cost greenhouse, so filling out a quote for them was simply a waste of time. I put that there, so that people wont waste my time who think that the homes cost 10K or even 20K. It creates a basic understanding that if you want one of our tiny homes, you have to spend at least $39,995

Also for me personally, I know that mobile houses tend to have bad air quality, below the legal limit even. Would be great if someone addressed it, or you can just add 3K extra and put an IQAir filter in it.

Wasnt aware of this, but I think Ill add it to our premium offerings.

Thanks again for the critique, helps to get the creative juices flowing

Id love to be able to do that, but unfortunately squarespace is super limiting with things like that.

Cool, cool, cool. Tiny homes are interesting. I wonder if connecting with realtors would be beneficial. Maybe someone saying to their realtor their looking for a tiny home and they could refer to you to custom build one.
