Hey,

I'm 27, about $200k NW and have been tirelessly researching the best way to invest my money over the last 6 months.

After trying many things, I landed on buy and hold Real Estate as a relatively passive way to grow my existing money and fight inflation. However, it is a LOT more time intensive than I expected.

Ultimately, I want my time to be devoted growing a business, and not managing real estate. Is there any avenue that can do this and give a decent return? I feel that by spreading attention between real estate and managing a business, my business would suffer.

Have you tried Roofstock.com? I've heard of people using it with decent success. It's not 100% passive but a lot more passive than doing it yourself from what I've heard.

I've looked at it. Problem with roofstock is the returns are significantly lower than if you found and bought the property yourself.

Ah, for sure. Any time there are middlemen doing work for you, they will keep a cut and hence lower returns
