Sharing a google form

When i try to share my google form on FB it looks like this:



How do i change that?

I actually don't know...I've never had or seen this issue before. Will follow the post though because I'm sure it will be handy to know in the future.

I reached out google. Its a known backend problem. Usually the title an the thumbnail image change automatically when you create the form. They said it could either be a google backend development issue or a facebook backend development issue.

I created a new form on microsoft forms and ran into the same problem. But thats simply becuase its prewtty new.

Third times the charm. Jotform is where its at.
