Not sure if anyone has made a thread about this but.

I've come across a few business owners who have mentioned looking to sell (or retire), which isn't really my service, but as always got to keep my eyes and ears peeled.

Any basics to take into consideration?

How to determine whether its a business worth even attempting to broker a sale for?

This question is way too broad. Selling businesses is a whole industry in itself.
