Hey guys,
This is a little more of a technical post, might not be best for this community but I figure someone here has been through this process before and knows the best-practice for it.
I recently purchased a Wordpress site that generates a majority of its revenue from Adsense (and Amazon, but this is irrelevant). I am trying to transition the Adsense ads from the previous owners publisher ID to my own. Which leads me to my main question:
The site has generated $0.01 in the first two days of my ownership, which I don't think should be attributed to anything transition wise...traffic hasn't fallen (but ad impressions aren't as high as they normally would be). My only thought is that the ads aren't showing and it might be attributed to the way we changed the publisher ID. Maybe it just takes a few days to pickup after changing ID's?
Thanks for the help

- Do I need to create a new ad in Adsense, and import or the whole code or can I just switch the publisher ID? ie. if there is a 468x60 banner on the website, do I need to go into my Adsense ads and create a new 468x60 banner and copy over the whole code?
