Jay Leno Comedy Tour, Highly Recommended

If you're 35 or older, I highly recommend it!

We went last night and he jam packed a pretty large venue, the Talking Stick Ballroom. I was somewhat surprised at the turn out.

Jay is a throwback into what comedy used to be -- non-partisan (everyone is a target) and not politically correct.

I never laughed so hard.

If he's coming to your town and are tired how comedy has regressed, go!!

PS: His show was pretty long (I'm guessing nearly 2 hours) and I noticed he didn't swear ONCE! Impressive!

Jay is a master standup. Back in the 70s he was who all the other standups worshipped and tried to emulate. His talk show sucked, but I’m not at all surprised his standup is still great. BTW, if you’re into standup comedy, check out I'm Dying Up Here: Heartbreak and High Times in Stand-Up Comedy's Golden Era. It’s a fun read detailing standup in the mid-70s.

TRUE STORY:

My Dad went to high school with Leno, not personal friends but said he was cracking jokes back then even in the school yard.

What an awesome run he’s had.

LEGIT - Went to the show.

Almost 2 hours, not one swear (correct @MJ DeMarco).

“Old School” and highly enjoyed, we had a great evening.
