Chapter 39 in Millionaire Fastlane has been the most impactful chapter of my journey.
"Put your idea out to the world"
Execute.
This resonated a tremendous amount and i went all in and executed. I've built a product. Got my first customer. Have hundreds of happy users for that business on the app.
But i'm realizing i may not turn the corner on this in finding product market fit. Possibly the common first time founder mistake of not enough go to market planning. Too much time building product, etc.
I've made countless mistakes, and learned a ton. Been probably one of the most valuable learning journeys I've been on.
While I'm not throwing in the towel yet, the dwindling runway is looming and I could use some outside the box thinking around possible pivot brainstorming ideas.
*I'm not trying to post mortem the existing effort, or triage next steps for that existing effort.
I'm thinking about how I may be able to repurpose the tech...
I may be victim of sunk cost fallacy here, but I feel strongly that there is *some* kind of product with the foundational infrastructure that I have in place.... in some form. I just haven't found it yet.
Conceptually it allows for a business to immediately configure a variety of mobile services configured for a location, and then when a user is on site, they can connect and engage with the business using whatever services were configured. The business can see and interact(text/video) with everyone connected to the platform (both anonymous or user accounts), and has a prioritized list of incoming requests from users. Spawned from the covid era dark days for SMBs that would not be able to support or maintain custom mobile apps themselves if we stayed in lockdown... a platform for real world engagement via mobile.
Originally designed for physical locations, nothing constrains it to a physical location vs virtual. (It's more that once you go virtual, there are much more established tools that work at a web presence level that quite frankly I am not trying to compete with)
I've gone all in on this and would be a bit hard pill to swallow if i don't convert this, so I thought I'd reach out for some input to the forum. I know a bit of a long shot, but i've gone all in already.
Any ideas come to mind for anyone? Open to any random thoughts on this that may come from fresh perspective and get me outside my current frame of reference with it.
thank you...
