Wanted to share a pro tip with you all.

Had something happen yesterday afternoon that took me from 0 to 90 on a scale of being enraged, even woke up feeling the same this morning. You can't operate when you're that angry, it's blinding. This is how to address it:

Write it out, every step; write as much as you need.
Step 1) Acknowledge how you feel and why
Step 2) Admit how and why it is YOUR fault
Step 3) What could have been done differently
Step 4) How can you proceed

I hope this helps someone else. Even for those who don't have a short fuse (I don't), there's no time to waste being this upset.
