Hey everyone,
My name is Jeff and I've been a slowlaner for 28 years. I thought I had the keys to the kingdom by ruthlessly contributing to my 401(k) and maxing out my Roth IRA every year. I then stumbled upon a book called "The Millionaire Fastlane " which had excellent reviews on GoodReads. I thought the book had to be pretty good given it's high rating despite the cheesy title. I have to say the book opened my eyes to a new way of thinking. Immediately after I purchased MJ's follow up book Unscripted and have been reading it ever since.
I've always been drawn to the perks of being an entrepreneur but have never put in the legwork needed. It seems I get excited about an idea but the inner critic in me quickly dismisses it when I hear of another idea with greater earnings potential. I guess you could say I'm currently more interested in researching ideas than actually taking action. I now realize this might stem from the fact that I have not had an actually FTE but many FTM. I look forward to reading this forum and being one of the people who actually takes action rather than disappearing after a couple posts.
