So a friend and I have this idea to try and make an "MVP" of a auditing agency for software projects.
Example : Coca-cola hires Microsoft to write some application - let's offer to audit the process and implementation for the project + provide a report to Coca-cola.

I say MVP as we want to make a clear list of the minimum review items we can go through in the minimum amount of days - say 3-5 days in which to cope with the audit ?

I know there are many software devs here, I'd like to gather suggestions and gradually update you with the progress.

Have you made much progress on this?

I'm not sure how you would create software that would help with this. Its possible for a project to look great on paper, and fail miserably.

Look how many lines of code we're writing every day!
Look at how many tasks we're finishing per hour!
Look at all the screens we've wireframed!
Look at all the people we've talked to!
Look at all the systems we're communicating with!

But, did you gather the requirements sufficiently well? How do you know?
Did you know that you needed to make this work offline on a Galaxy 6, which is what all the technicians have standardized on? No? You built this as a web app that needs to be connected to the internet for it to work? Oh.

... You get the picture.

I do think you could audit their process, and that would provide some benefit, but I'm not sure how you'd go about that without having access to their team.
