As some of you may know, I live in Mexico.

Well, turns out an ol' friend of mine has been manufacturing Fiberglass parts for over 10 years now.

I recently reconnected with him and discussed the possibility of offering his services to US based companies, considering the whole US - China situation right now.

I'm posting this to ask for the best way to approach U.S. clients.

Any thoughts?

Call them and say you can get them fiberglass for cheaper and without tariffs.

Don't overthink it.

If someone cold called me and said "we can make your product in a country other than China, for the same or better cost, and the same or better quality", you bet I would have a conversation with them on the spot.
