Perfect example of the Productocracy concept outlined in Unscripted . Pulling vs Pushing. I did not approach/solicit this channel. This is news to me. Very exciting not just because its a large channel that hits a younger market and could use some TMF /Unscripted rawness, but that this is a legacy value creation (another Unscripted concept) that will be viewed everyday by a few 1000 people for the next X years. I will also say it is a BIG honor to be lumped in with the likes of RDPD and 4HWW, two perennial ALL TIME best-sellers.

The market has voted quite substantially that these books are valuable, and that my "subtle bashing" is, in the eyes of the market, not entirely valid. I'm cool with my contrary opinion not being accepted by the marketplace -- they ultimate decide as a judge and jury.

The plaudits are fully deserved! I particularly love the fact that it wasn't just a passive recommendation, she said that it was a book that the site owners read themselves, after reading many others.

Yes, in formal terms that's called "influencer marketing" -- however in this case, I had nothing to do with the influencer plug. I did not seek the endorsement nor did I pay for it.

So in this case it's not "influencer marketing" -- it's called a productocracy. "Pull vs Push" just as I described in Unscripted !
