♥ Crossroad - Advice appreciated ♥

Hello everyone,

I have started business since 19. I have been in photograpy industry with a very specific niche. Right from the beginning I have been making relatively lot of money. But with a slowlane mindset I worked, then couple months did not work. Then with no money I push myself again. Overall every detail is perfected. What how when to speak with customers, what gestures, procedures during the photoshoot, editing details, automation. My strenghts are ideas, innovation, creating systems. Looking back my weaknesses have been laziness and fear of failure. It have diminished though.

At the beginning of this year I came to conclusion that if there is a way to come out of this cycle there must be some wisdom in the books. So after reading Fastlane book it hit me. So I worked two months on automation. Meaning before I cold called people. Now with this system I am able to sell it almost with no effort. In theory I am able to sell 1M$ immediately of photography service. But there are some limitations with regards to the fact that not all parts can be automated by robots/software. Meaning now I am able to work 60% less already. But it requieres human force still.

So the next part were employees to figure out. Since I have a lot of knowhow I am very very afraid to hire anybody. Now it seems that a family member will do a part of the actual photoshooting which in theory makes me about 15k per month with 20 hours of work per week.

Now the thing is this. I am about to move to different county. But at the same time I see a few possibilities what to do next.

1) If I hire more photographers, I either have to work double (nonsense), or hire somebody to do the remaining job. Which is sales and postproduction. But then I would loose almost all control. And I have trust problems.

2) To do something like a franchise in a different countries. But this would require to basically pass on almost all knowhow. Meaning loosing almost all control altogether.

3) To start to sell leads. I basically able to sell anything in mass. Say reach out all the companies in any given country. So in my country there are about 50 000 relevevant businesses and I am able to reach them out and know how to sell them. Not sure though what industries would be the best to work with. Most probably some type of service.

4) I have an app idea. Amazing one. Truly. Belive it or not. Yet have no idea where to start.

5) Do you yourself have some type of business which could be replicated in a different country where there are legendary money?

Given the things. I am able to make good money. But how to do the legendary money? What are your opinion please?
