    Hi There, back on the forum after quite a break. The market for baby equipment is big (and does not fluctuate much). However, safety is paramount. Therefore it would be worth check on canadian standard/ regs for baby equipment.

    To develop the contrast you need to block the appropriate UV radiation more than the surrounding skin. There are translucent materials/ lotions that can do this- a material does not have to be opaque to prevent UV transmittance.

    I like the idea. Personally would prefer the sticker to be translucent/ less obvious on the skin. The quality of the art work and ease of use will be key.

    I agree the it is unlikely to die anytime soon. There will, however, also likely be increasing focus on the "reduce, reuse recycle" issues- particularly as government legislation comes into force.

    Welcome to the forum. I would guess you will find many on the forum who have also felt out of place in the normal working environment. I think this is more a reflection of an inherent curiosity, enthusiasm, ambition etc not fulfilled by the slow lane.

    Education is what you make of it. There is enough flexibility in most degrees and institutions these days to build the education you want or need. The problem as i see it is that most people enter education with the wrong mind set.
