    Your money is your money, their money is their money. Stripe disperses it. They have their own Stripe account so they do their own refunds etc. They can do this from their Stripe dash or you can code your own.

    Use Stripe Connect. I use it and it works great. This way you don't have to wait for them to pay the invoice. It is more complex to set up. The easiest way is to run a report at the end of the month and bill them. This can be automated with Integromat or Zapier.

    From Google. The only time my family gets donuts is before a family trip of some sort. Fishing, boating, camping etc. People do start making more trips starting then. Who knows.

    RIP to billables. If anything make a Slack channel for them to talk to someone in charge, not freelancers. I already run into this with text messages with me being the person in charge. "Can you add X, Y, Z?" "Let me look into that, but it seems doable." "What this contract update you emailed me?"
