Well I'm here aren't I? I'm not good at judging who is a good entrepreneur and who is a faker, so that perhaps plays into things a little. It's not a case of self-doubt , I know what I can and can't do (I liken it to, I know you can't drive a car over the sea, I plan to take the ferry, what I...

mobile app vs web app, question

    HOT! SAAS / APPS
Yup, also installable web apps, hybrid wrapper apps, Hell uber only went to a native app last year, prior to that the app just pointed you to m.uber.com. So when your a billion dollar company, worry about it then.

I did both, see my thread failed executions feedback I got was; I live in an area that's too small(well I can't build it bigger) with poor transit and I don't have a driving license there's vanishingly small responses on keywords like rural area, remote location , fly over country, low...

Why do people assume it takes long to build a decent body?

    HEALTH
This is why home exercise equipment exists, travel time would have taken up too much time, so I lost weight via diet and exercise. The major issue, I found with it was motivation was less on my own(fitness DVDs don't quite do it, but they try to solve the issue) I was lucky in my friend was...

UK Calling - What works in the US works in the UK

    INTRO
Ah, saw calling and well everything I've seen online using calling mentions cold calling. Is there a good search term I should be using digital marketing calling perhaps? I've seen some lead gen sites, which seems to be marketing online, but I don't understand how that relates to calling.

Step 4 is where I'm getting stuck. Can I fail? Sure. Do I learn from those failures? Nothing that helps me.

Why do people assume it takes long to build a decent body?

    HEALTH
Actually there was recent resarch that shows there is a genetic component to how good at exercise you are (some are super exercisers and get more for the same effort, some get less and some even respond negatively to standard exercises) you might as well tell them to change their skin colour...

Close Friend wants a PARTNERSHIP!? Good or Bad Idea?

    IDEA
Didn't Drew hire the other guy though and that plus investors is why he has nearly three times the shareholding od his employee cofounder? The Atlassian guy I believe said he used credit cards to find his sales, then hired his cto-co-founder as an employee.and gave him small salary plus 10%...

    Finding Needs/Wants

My first thought was too try and shift the payment somehow,if your too broke for cigarettes all the time, maybe it will force a quit(ok maybe not for fastlaners) But then this

    Let's Talk Circular Economy

I think there's a real good opportunity here for blockchain (not necessarily cryptocoins) but a distributed ledger of scrap materials is exactly what the recycling industry needs, solve the last mile problem, there's real geoarbitarge where scrap is lower in one place than another and...

    My failed poor executions

    EXECUTION
I didn't think of it until I saw you mention Birmingham and London as being places four hours commute away. Then you mentioned somewhere with a million companies. That gives me more options. I could see London as full of opportunity, I never thought of...

UK Calling - What works in the US works in the UK

Hi @Jamie Carter How do you handle screening numbers against the list of individuals and companies who on TPS? For our international audience; is a legal requirement that all organisations (including charities, voluntary organisations and political parties) do not make such calls to numbers...

    My failed poor executions

    EXECUTION
I've not thought of trying Birmingham to be honest. I've not had much luck with London, I've had better results with Berlin,Warsaw and Amsterdam . A major issue I've been running into is attending interviews. I'm either arriving mid afternoon (few interviews) or need an overnight hotel/AirBnB...

    Finding Needs/Wants

Smokes a pack a day, then that seems to be the common definition of heavy. This comes down to area again, no smoking shelters, no shops, no pubs/areas to congregate. Meals will be at home, so unless they smoke in the garden, I won't even know. The rehab centre sounds like it might work, I...

    9-5 is the modern evil

    RANT
When the meaning is shifted or inverted in one part of the anglospjere but not another that causes a lot of confusion online. As to facts are facts, well yes they are. I was answering a question I don't see an apolitical factual answer too. You can travel by car or train obviously and those are...

    My failed poor executions

    EXECUTION
I couldn't find anything here, that's just a subset of geoarbitarge though or "follow the sun", switching over to another location seamlessly, thus providing 24/7 support. Plenty of advice on how to do this, what software to use,etc Just like your example above, UK/CAN/AUS cover enough...
