And the meals are pretty darned good! Some nice restaurants around the area.

Yea, maybe we could do a cook-out too?

I'd be willing to host it, however, we're in the West Valley about 25mi away from the official hotel.

RealOG's shindig was the highlight of last year's B&P, for me.

Great time to get to know everyone. Amazing house.

And sitting around the fire outside was the best. I loved it!

While I'm thinking about it, I know my wife and my son's wife are coming this year.

Sorry, but neither one wants to sit in on the meetings with "your cyber buddies".

Is there a way to come up with a meal-only price for those who just want to do dinners (and maybe lunches) with us? I don't know what others have done in the past.

Since we get the meeting room pretty much for free, the majority of the $$ collected on reservations goes towards food.

I know we get coffee and drinks-- but I think we're gonna be a bit more careful this year-- hotels love to gouge you w/F&B (food and beverage). It's a major profit center for them.

Bought the airline tickets last night. We get in on Tuesday, the 22nd around 3:30pm. Leaving Monday the 28th, at 7:30am. Getting a car so the wives can tour a bit while we learn.

Isn't it easier to just go to the Middle East for "those" kind of accomodations

Any chance we can get this list updated? I'll likely buy two spots for our spouses, but they won't probably attend any meetings. I'll hold off until closer, so that it doesn't look so full.

Hey guys, I'm not on the forum much these days due to Xmas. Email me if you need any info. We have 19 people signed up. We need at least 9 more people to join to meet the target budget or we'll have to cut some stuff. The first things to go would probably be T-shirts, misc supplies, then breakfast.
