Hey quick question on trademarking. If "Blue Car" is trademarked, are you allowed to trademark or use "The Blue Car" or no? Thanks

In my industry some of the bigger companies have words/word combinations trademarked for multiple categories. This causes some frustrations as some of the words are pretty common with the type of products we all put out. Several have had lawsuits over using 1 work of a trademark word combination. Not worth the time or money and best to avoid all together.
