Has been doing business development work for the past 15 years helping businesses with market entry strategies and sales development. My last position was helping new businesses to establish new markets in Asia. I have a plan to start my own B2B service provider helping businesses find leads and expand new markets in Asia. My biggest challenge I didn't receive any formal training from a 5-star consulting firm and may face tough challenges in convincing customers. Need to get everyone's help to validate whether this B2B service is worth exploring. I won't be able to own the business equity. So the pay-out is by project (hourly or monthly) or commission. Thanks
