whats a good way to get cheap "private policy" and "terms of use"?

the app I'm making gonna use a database with private and public customer data.
I don't wanna do something really stupid like not have proper private policy and terms of use.

lawyers are expensive as **** though, is there a good site that does it cheaper?

this is obviously not an advice, but why not finding a similar app and copy thier privacy policy by changing their app's name with yours?
