I want to hire a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist overseas (In Asian countries like the Philippines) as it's much cheaper.

Their job would be to serve my US clients by setting up LinkedIn Outreach Campaigns (Create Prospect List via Sales Navigator + Create Outreach Messages).

My problem?

I'm worried if the quality (them getting ROI for my clients) will differ compared to if I hired someone locally.

I have a local company that's offering me the same service (at a higher rate) and they seem to deliver results.

In your experience, have overseas freelancers delivered ROI (for marketing to the US market) the same way that local freelancers/companies could?

It shouldn't really matter these days. I have a strict criteria, but at the end of the day I still get a handful of freelancers to complete a mini task before I decide to hire one of them. That's the only real way to know if it's a good hire or not.

Makes sense. I'll try that strategy.

I suppose everyone in this globalized world has access to the same learning for skills.

Then again, I just need to check that they're experienced in marketing to US clients I suppose.
