Hello everyone!
A question for the more experienced people of this forum.
I was thinking of writing a book in which to talk about the differences between the American brands and the brands in my country.
I would like to indicate the success factors and explain why US brands became so large and famous and give some advice or ideas to be able to imitate them, obviously talking about the territorial / cultural differences too.
But a doubt came to me: is it possible to name the big brands (Apple, Netflix, Microsoft, etc.) in a book? In my country you can do it safely, as long as you don't speak bad about it. Is this also the case in the USA? What are the legal issues?
Should I use some formulas like "the brands mentioned are of their respective owners and have no relationship with me"?
In short, what is the right path?
