Hi everyone,
I've been wanting to start a side hustle next to my regular job for a while now. I came across a big opportunity last week and decided to jump on it. Still early on, but I've already taken a few steps to see if there's a market need for the opportunity I've come across. Instead of writing a big business plan, spending months building a website and designing business cards amongst other action-faking things, I'll be focussing on market validation. Target audience is SME's, market is Reputation Management. Together with a growth hacker I know, we're going to run an experiment. We'll:
- Specify target audience, see which works best
- Create a landing page
- Write a little content for the landing page (quick summary, USP's, CTA)
- Creating a quick brand/logo style
- Running short ad campagnes on several platforms to see how many people sign-up using the landing page
We expect to have the results of this Growth Hacking experiment in a week or two, maybe sooner. I'm meeting with him again later this week, I'll update then.
